Short attention span, what I will appropriately refer to as SAS from here on out, is something we all seem to be suffering from in this new age of technology. We are constantly checking email, texts, Twitter, Facebook, and various other social media apps to keep up with what's going on in the world, and to shoot a line to our favorite friends. As a result, we have all been prone to those moments where someone is talking to you and you check out....mostly in mid-sentence...before they complete their statement. HEY, are you with me?? This weekend was huge for fans of Cassandra Clare's Mortal Instruments series with the release of City of Bones. Back before I became a Romance Junkie for adult romances, after my Harry Potter phase that is, I discovered the Mortal Instruments series and it was awesome! Mortal Instruments was actually the first series that Celie and I connected on, and boy did we think we had found the Golden Ticket of HOT triangles....little did we know there was more out there than meets the eye! Anywho, we were huge fans and waited on pins and needles for each book to come out, upon which we would devour the book and spend hours predicting what would happen next all while swooning over Jace and Clary's romance!
